About the firm.

We are a legal GPS for real estate investors and their brokers, helping them to find where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there. We have over 20 years of experience in representing buyers, sellers, investors, developers, REALTORs, and brokers in thousands of residential, commercial, and timeshare closings. Joseph E. Seagle

In 2001, Joe moved to Orlando, Florida, where he joined a small firm focusing almost exclusively on representation of real estate developers and the firm’s title company, conducting hundreds of real estate closings and settlements.

In the summer of 2004, Joe opened his own practice in Orlando. He concentrated his practice in real estate closings, representing buyers, sellers and developers in their purchase, sale and development of real estate throughout Central Florida.

Our Pricing.

The initial consultation will include a discussion regarding the amount of the fee that will be required. If the matter is resolved during the initial consultation, then the client will only have to pay for the initial consultation. However, if it cannot, then the consultation is included in the fee that is quoted. Most matters are billed on a flat fee basis, and a retainer equal to the fee and costs must be deposited into our trust account prior to our starting work. 

One-Stop-Shop.

Joe also owns PCS Title, a title company licensed in Florida to sell title insurance and conduct residential and commercial real estate closings throughout the state. He also owns TRSTE, LLC, a land trustee company, and is a principal of other businesses including JustDeeds.com. We are able to handle all of your needs under the same roof.

Turnaround Time.

We endeavor to complete any documents for estate planning, the filing of a probate, quiet title, or a foreclosure within three weeks of the initial consultation. Bankruptcies are filed as quickly as possible, based on when the complete information is provided to us. In most cases, barring unforeseen circumstances, we are successful in meeting these self-imposed time requirements.We will attempt to set the client's expectations of time and expense early on in the process. However, if a client ever feels that we have not met the expectations we have set for them, we ask them to please give us a call to let us know so we can make it right.
